1. Service Agreement

All services begin only after a mutual agreement and confirmation of project scope.

Payments made confirm your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Cancellation by Client

Before Project Start: Clients may cancel services within 3 days of payment if work has not yet started. A full refund will be issued (excluding transaction charges).

After Project Start: If cancellation occurs after work has started, refunds will be partial and calculated based on work already completed.

After Delivery: Once services have been delivered or completed, no refunds will be issued.
3. Cancellation by Fintegers

We reserve the right to cancel services due to non-cooperation, breach of agreement, or misuse of services.

In such cases, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on work completed.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Product hunting and research once delivered.

Account setup, verification, or optimization services.

Subscription-based or retainer fees for ongoing management.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.

Transaction fees or third-party charges are non-refundable.
6. Disputes

Any disputes regarding refunds must be raised in writing to hello@fintegers.com within 7 days of service delivery.
